Dielectric Properties of (100-x)BaTiO3.x(In2O3.SnO2) Ceramics

Abstract. A new system (100-x)BaTiO3.x(In2O3.SnO2) was synthesized using the peroxide method. The influence of the additive In2O3.SnO2 on the relative dielectric constant , the dielectric losses tan and the specific resistivity were studied. The experiments were conducted with values of x = 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 mol and at temperatures of calcination of the materials Tcal = 1200,1300,1400?°C. These parameters indicated good applicability of these materials for the manufacturing of high capacity condensers.
