Abstract. The Franck-Condon factors and r-centroids which are very closely related to transition probabilities, have been evaluated by the more reliable numerical integration procedure for the bands of a3Σ+ - X 1Σ+, A1Π+ - X1Σ+, B1Π+ - X1Σ+ and D3Δ - X1Σ+ systems of astrophysical molecule CuF and C1Σ+ - X1Σ+ and D1Π - X1Σ+ systems of CuI, using Morse potential.
