Positron Annihilation Studies in Sodium and Potassium Chlorides

Abstract. Three-photon annihilation yield is measured for NaCl, KC! and KC! crystals, containing various concentration of Ag+, Ca2+2 Eu2+2, Sr2+ and Ba2+. Additionally, lifetime measurements of the above crystals are presented. The results are discussed and compared with previously reported ones.
